iSON Xperiences, a leading firm in Customer Experience Management (CXM) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), has named Vitul Kwatra as its new Global Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Pravin Kumar, who will now serve as Vice Chairman of the company’s board.
In a press statement released by the venture, Vivek Gupta, Chairman of the Board, officially introduced Kwatra, highlighting his extensive tenure with the company spanning nearly a decade and his overall leadership experience of over 25 years.

Kwatra brings a wealth of global experience, having held significant roles in multinational corporations such as BT 100 and Fortune 500. Before assuming his current position, he served as Group Director at Bharti Airtel Netherlands BV, overseeing strategy and operations across 17 African countries in retail distribution and customer experience.
Earlier in his career, Kwatra held senior positions at CITIBANK and General Electric, where he earned recognition for his contributions to customer engagement, service excellence, and revenue generation, receiving accolades such as the GE India President’s Award and the Operation Excellence Award at Citibank.
Meanwhile, Gupta praised Pravin Kumar’s tenure as Global CEO, acknowledging his pivotal role in driving substantial growth and navigating challenges since the company’s inception.
