Salesforce has integrated OpenAI’s Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) model with its enterprise messaging platform Slack, providing conversational AI experiences for its users. This integration aims to assist sales, services, IT and marketing professionals in generating faster information summaries and communicating more effectively with customers and colleagues.
SlackGPT’s sales team can automatically generate account channel summaries, while service teams can address customer inquiries more quickly. Similarly, IT/dev teams can use SlackGPT to scan channel activities for incident management, while marketers can utilize it to auto-generate copy and images for blogs, email campaigns and social media posts.
