HSA Group Yemen, one of the largest family-owned conglomerates in the Middle East, has undergone a successful digital transformation in collaboration with global technology company SAP SE. The partnership has enabled HSA Group to enhance its resilience and maintain exceptional service for customers and staff despite the significant challenges faced in Yemen.
Having been engaged in IT services with SAP since 2013, HSA Group and SAP worked closely on a digital transformation roadmap. The project involved migrating HSA Group’s Yemen operations to the cloud, which was completed in March of this year. The implementation included the adoption of SAP’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution S/4HANA for larger operations, facilitated by SAP gold partner Phoenix Business Consulting and accelerated through the utilization of RISE with SAP. Additionally, SAP Business ByDesign was selected as the ERP system for smaller operations and implemented with the help of other SAP partners.
