Honeywell has completed phase one of the Bangalore Safe City Project by installing over 7,000 video cameras powered by artificial intelligence (AI) systems across 3,000 locations in Bengaluru. The cameras will be used by the city police for surveillance, early detection of incidents and real-time data collection for future analysis. A command-and-control center has also been set up as part of the project.
