Liquid Dataport, a subsidiary of Cassava Technologies, a pan-African tech company, has formed a partnership with ICOSNET, the sole private ISP provider in Algeria, to offer digital communication services to customers in the country. Britain’s cyber chief, Lindy Cameron, has warned that China is aiming for “global technological supremacy” in cyberspace and is using its cyber capabilities to conduct intelligence and surveillance campaigns.
