Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd (HFCL), a technology company, has been awarded an ₹80.92 crore contract to install a Fibre Optics Transmission System (FOTS) for the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Limited. The project, part of Phase-IV of the Delhi Metro Rail Project, involves the design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the FOTS for three priority corridors.
