André Gardella has been appointed as CEO of Treezor, the leader in Banking-as-a-Service and embedded finance. His role will be to continue to develop Treezor’s diversification and internationalization strategy. Treezor is a Societe Generale group subsidiary and its business activities are rapidly growing in Europe.
André Gardella succeeds Didier Lallemand, who will be able to fully devote his time to his position as Managing Director of Societe Generale Ventures.

André Gardella is a graduate in Economics from the Bocconi University in Milan and began his career with the Societe Generale group in 1995. In 2002, he joined the Strategy Department and in 2006, he was appointed Head of Support Functions and member of the Executive Committee of Boursorama. During this experience, he completed the acquisition of OnVista in Germany.
In 2008, he moved to Madrid where he was appointed Chairman and CEO of Self Trade Bank, a subsidiary of Boursorama and la Caixa. In 2012, he was appointed Marketing and Sales Director of Banco Cacique and Banco Pecunia, two Brazilian consumer credit subsidiaries, before being promoted to CEO in 2015.
In 2017, he took over the general management of SKB in Slovenia. In 2019, he was appointed Head of Operations and Transformation at Societe Generale (for the French retail bank) and played an active role in the merger project with Crédit du Nord.
