Liquid Dataport, a subsidiary of pan-African tech group Cassava Technologies, has partnered with ICOSNET, the only private ISP provider in Algeria, to allow customers to access digital communication services offered by Liquid Dataport in Algeria. ICOSNET already provides customers in Algeria with internet access, unified communications services, cyber security and cloud solutions and the new partnership will give it access to Liquid’s pan-African network for its clients’ connectivity requirements.

David Eurin, CEO of Liquid Dataport, says that the partnership will help to enhance Liquid’s offering by creating a one-stop-shop for customers to buy services in Algeria. Liquid Dataport will provide its suite of digital solutions for public and private sector clients to all service providers working with ICOSNET, giving them access to Liquid’s extensive fibre network on the continent and other digital services, as well as the ability to connect back to Europe.
According to Ali Morsli, CEO of ICOSNET, the partnership with Liquid Dataport will enable the Algerian firm to share its telecommunications expertise and infrastructure with its neighbors and international telco partners. The partnership with ICOSNET in Algeria is part of Liquid’s One Broadband Africa partner programme, which aims to make connectivity and world-class products and services more widely available in Africa, helping to boost economic growth and productivity for businesses across the continent.
