E& and Vodafone Group have announced a strategic relationship aimed at strengthening their collaboration in various aspects of their businesses. This relationship will involve e& becoming a cornerstone shareholder of Vodafone, building upon their initial investment in May 2022.

The strategic relationship will enable collaboration between the two companies in areas such as enterprise services, procurement, carrier and wholesale operations and technology development. In the enterprise sector, e& and Vodafone will explore opportunities to jointly offer cross-border digital services and solutions to multinational customers and public sector organizations, covering areas such as connectivity, IoT, cybersecurity and cloud-based services.
Additionally, e& and Vodafone will seek to share best practices in procurement and may engage in joint procurement initiatives. They will also collaborate to become preferred partners in providing high-quality digital infrastructure for carrier, wholesale and roaming services.
