Deliverect, a leading provider of restaurant management solutions, has acquired ChatFood, a company specializing in social media ordering, order and pay at table and loyalty solutions. The acquisition aims to offer a comprehensive solution for the restaurant industry, covering various aspects such as social media ordering, dine-in QR code ordering, direct channel ordering and online food delivery.
The co-founders of ChatFood, Benjamin Mouflard and Vini Rodrigues, will join Deliverect to lead further growth and expansion efforts. Together, Deliverect and ChatFood serve over 43,000 restaurants and food service businesses worldwide, facilitating more than 300 million orders across 42 markets. ChatFood has particularly established a strong presence in the Gulf region, with its technology being utilized by over 3,000 food service locations.

The integration of ChatFood’s capabilities will allow Deliverect to offer a unified digital platform that simplifies the ordering process and enhances the customer experience for both dine-in and delivery services.
