The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) has launched a new version of its mobile app, Arsel, to improve the user experience and provide better services to consumers through a mobile-friendly interface. The app enables users to file complaints and inquiries about telecom services, along with the services offered by CRA. Users can also access the e-Spectrum Services Portal through the app. The portal enables them to submit requests for new, renewal, modification or cancellation of frequency licenses and pay the required fees. Coinbase, one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges, has launched an international cryptocurrency exchange that will allow institutional investors outside of the US to trade in perpetual futures for Bitcoin and Ether. Samsung Electronics flagged a gradual recovery for chips in the second half of the year after its semiconductor business reported a record loss on Thursday, driven by weak demand for tech devices.
