Tanzania aims to achieve 80% broadband penetration by 2025 through the Digital Tanzania project, supported by the World Bank and in partnership with mobile network operators. Fintech startup Grey has chosen Kenya as its regional hub for East Africa as part of its expansion plans in the region’s largest economy.
