Africa Data Centres, the largest network of interconnected, carrier-and cloud-neutral data centre facilities on the continent, announces that it will shortly start construction on its newly acquired land in the Central Business District of Accra, Ghana. Sophos, a prominent cybersecurity provider, has recently uncovered a series of fraudulent apps posing as legitimate chatbots powered by ChatGPT technology. These deceptive apps have emerged on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, exploiting users and generating thousands of dollars in revenue each month. Telecommunications operator Paratus Namibia has entered into a partnership deal with local shop owners in Windhoek to brand and advertise its Mobile LTE services. Three shops located in informal areas have been selected for this initiative.
