GuestReady, a leading global hospitality and property technology company, has announced the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into its all-in-one Property Management System (PMS), RentalReady. This marks a significant milestone as the first implementation of AI of its kind in the GCC region.
RentalReady, designed for managing short-term vacation rentals, now offers two AI-powered technology features. These updates are available to property owners, managers and short-term rental guests in the Middle East and worldwide. GuestReady, as well as independent property managers and hosts, utilize RentalReady across the Middle East and globally.

One of the new AI-driven updates includes the introduction of personalized guest itineraries on demand. Guests visiting destinations like Dubai and Riyadh, among others in the GuestReady network, will receive customized day-by-day itineraries generated by AI. These itineraries consider factors such as the property address, guest demographics, trip purpose and length of stay.
