The chief executive of Arm Holdings Plc, Rene Haas has disclosed he worries about humans losing control of AI and that overrides are needed to shut down systems in an emergency. Chinese tech giant, Huawei, is set to commence the construction of its mobile phone network equipment factory in France next year, according to an inside source. The initial plan, outlined in 2020 with a 200 million euros ($215.28 million) investment, faced delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. So, when we heard that Dark Fibre Africa had sponsored the transformation of a library into an ICT lab at a children’s home, we had to see what was what.
