As of 10th May, 2024, ECG has injected 275,000 meters into the system, improving efficiency and service delivery. He added that efforts were ongoing to replace “outdated meters to comply with our enhanced meter management system across operational regions.”
In his message, the MD repeated ECG’s dedication to transparency and customer-centric operations. He pledged to provide “comprehensive updates” to valued customers, detailing “efforts to enhance operational efficiency for a more reliable power supply.”
