The DataFlow Group has launched a new user interface called Zest UI, designed to speed up the primary source verification process for applicants and reduce insufficiency rates. DataFlow provides specialised PSV solutions, helping employers connect with verified talent in sectors such as healthcare, engineering and education. The new UI aims to reduce the number of errors made by applicants, which can cause delays in the verification process.

The UAE was ranked as the second-best country in the world for expats to live and work in 2022, according to the Expats Essential Index from InterNation. This has led to an increase in demand for verification solutions that offer transparency, quality and comprehensive services for those considering working in regulated sectors in countries such as Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
The Zest UI is part of DataFlow’s ongoing digital journey to make its services more accessible to applicants, by reducing the time from application to final verification. Garry Taylor, Chief Technology Officer at DataFlow, said the company is striving to be the best in class at verifying applicants’ documents and aims to reduce the time taken for applications by 50%, achieve a 100% reduction in errors and reduce the need for further communication and IT support by 75%, thus decreasing the application turnaround time.
