Snap Inc. has announced the launch of its new enterprise solution, AR Enterprise Services (ARES), which aims to enable businesses to integrate Snap’s Augmented Reality (AR) into their owned and operated channels at scale. The suite of advanced tools that ARES offers will allow consumers to enjoy immersive and personalized experiences with their favorite brands. ARES’ Shopping Suite is its first solution and includes 3D Viewer, AR Try-On and Fit Finder embedded directly inside retailers’ own apps and websites.

Goodr, Princess Polly and Gobi Cashmere are among the first group of retail companies to use ARES’ inaugural offering. Each of these companies has been utilizing various products from Fit Finder to AR Try-On, which are part of the new Shopping Suite. Snap’s world-class AR technology has been unified with technologies from Snap’s acquisitions of Vertebrae, Fit Analytics and Forma over the last two years.
Snapchatters in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) have been adopting AR in various aspects of their lives, whether in fashion and beauty, entertainment, sports or culture. In markets like Saudi Arabia and the UAE, interacting with products that have AR experiences leads to a 94% higher conversion rate.
