It has welcomed over 40 more talented young professionals to its team and has set a goal of having 100 employees by the end of the year. This will prepare the ground for hiring more than 1,000 young IT specialists in five years.
INNGEN connects top tech talents from Ghana with foreign companies in Germany, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States and other European countries. INNGEN provides Sub-Saharan Africa’s best IT talents for global markets. Some of the high-demand jobs currently available include System Administrator, Data Scientist, Artificial Intelligence expert, Database Administrator, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Engineer, Network Admin, Web Developer, and UI/UX Designer.
Mr. David Gowu, the CEO of INNGEN Technology Solutions, said that the journey started with a few committed young people who worked hard to set up their new office. He added that the company trains its workers regularly to equip them with the skills that meet global standards and also pays them a salary that is higher than the market rate.
“This business is a direct foreign capital investment. INNGEN Technological Solutions is a Switzerland company based in the country, investing a lot of money in our office space and other aspects of the business. Our clients are abroad and they pay us in foreign currency hence our workers are paid a competitive salary above the market rate. As a result, they do not need to travel abroad, instead stay here and work,” he elaborated.
He commented that the skillset that the youth learned will gradually create a large pool of highly skilled professionals in the IT sector, improving Ghana’s image as a hub for IT expertise and luring more companies to look for local talent.
