Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba), a leading global aluminum smelter, has achieved a significant milestone in its Industry 4.0 transformation by implementing an online performance system for its power stations. This system is powered by the EtaPRO® Asset Performance and Condition Monitoring platform, which is widely used across more than 60 countries and installed on over 3,000 units.
The EtaPRO platform combines thermal performance analysis, anomaly detection and predictive analytics to enhance the availability, reliability and efficiency of critical assets in industrial plants. By adopting EtaPRO, Alba aims to fully leverage digital technology, improve overall performance, assess plant degradation, enhance asset reliability and gain valuable data insights to support its digital transformation initiatives.
