Airtel Nigeria has opened two premium experience centres in Lagos, marking a continuation of its retail expansion strategy aimed at bringing its telecommunications and digital services closer to customers.
Located at DAT Mall in Sangotedo and in Marina, the new centres were officially commissioned by Airtel Africa Group Chief Executive Officer Sunil Taldar.
With this latest expansion, Airtel Nigeria’s premium experience centres now number more than 350, as the company continues working toward its target of rolling out 500 centres nationwide.
These centres give customers access to a wide range of Airtel offerings, including mobile connectivity, Fibre, Home Broadband, Outdoor Units (ODU) and enterprise solutions, while also serving as touchpoints for enquiries, subscriptions, after-sales support and service resolution.
According to Airtel, the expansion is part of a broader push to make connectivity and customer support more accessible, convenient and responsive across Nigeria.

The company also pointed to the sustainability features built into its new Marina centre, which runs on solar power — reflecting Airtel’s ongoing effort to integrate renewable energy solutions into its growing retail footprint.
Airtel Nigeria currently operates more than 9,000 exclusive shops, over 350 premium experience centres, and more than 73,000 retailers nationwide, the company said.
