Orange Egypt has partnered with Wadi Degla Developments to deploy digital infrastructure at NEO, a residential development in Mostakbal City, east of Cairo. Announced on October 1, 2026, the agreement covers high-speed internet, television, fixed-line telephony and smart solutions for managing the residential complex.

Under the partnership, Orange Egypt will deploy and operate a fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) network, bringing fibre-optic connectivity directly to NEO’s residential units. Residents will also have access to Triple Play services, which combine high-speed internet, fixed-line telephone services and television through a single infrastructure.

The agreement includes a dedicated Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) platform that will provide residents with digital and entertainment content, expanding the range of services available through the development’s connectivity infrastructure.

Beyond residential connectivity, Orange Business will provide digital solutions to support the management and operation of the complex. These include Wi-Fi network management, monitoring of water, electricity and gas consumption, and connectivity for surveillance cameras and access-control systems.

Orange will also deploy smart public-lighting and parking-management systems to support the development’s operations. Cloud computing and cybersecurity services will underpin the digital infrastructure and help support the connected systems.

NEO comprises several residential communities developed by Wadi Degla Developments, including Neo Parks, Neo Lakes and Neo Gardens. Located in Mostakbal City, the development also includes commercial and leisure facilities.

The partnership comes as Mostakbal City expands its digital infrastructure and connected services. The city’s development plans include fibre-optic networks and digital systems supporting mobility, payments and service management.

The agreement also builds on Orange Egypt’s growing involvement in the real estate sector. The operator previously announced a partnership with Marakez to develop digital infrastructure across four residential and commercial projects, including fibre-optic connectivity, connected-living solutions and Triple Play services.
