Through this collaboration, EFS Group will harness innovative Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions provided by Darwinbox to automate HR processes and streamline human interactions, ultimately enhancing the employee experience. Darwinbox’s HCM platform, which was recognized on the 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises, will be implemented across the entire EFS Group. The initial rollout will cover areas such as recruitment, leave and attendance management, performance evaluation, learning and multi-country payroll. Over the next five years, the platform is projected to serve more than 100,000 EFS Group staff members.
