Telecom giant Vodafone Group Plc has concluded the sale of its 70% controlling stake in Vodafone Ghana (Ghana Telecommunications Company Limited – GTCL) to Telecel Group, following regulatory approval and the agreement of the Ghanaian Government, as a minority shareholder.
