Sharjah Police Commander-in-Chief, Major General Saif Al-Zari Al Shamsi, received a delegation from Etisalat Services Holding (ESH) and its subsidiaries, headed by CEO Muammar Al-Rukhimi, at the Sharjah Police Headquarters. The visit aimed to introduce Sharjah Police to the latest practices and applications in optimal investment in information and communication technology solutions and enablers and digital technologies. The delegation also highlighted the importance of the communications and information technology industry in enhancing security readiness to achieve the strategic goals of the Ministry of Interior for 2023-2026.

Major General Al Shamsi welcomed the visiting delegation and praised ESH for its leading position in providing technological infrastructure services. He recognized ESH for adopting and developing highly efficient and quality systems that contribute to improving performance and productivity and enhancing the quality of services provided.
During the meeting, the importance of building bridges of communication with various private sectors and institutions was emphasized. This will contribute to the exchange of ideas and visions that support the government’s directions in enhancing the quality of life. The delegation stressed the importance of the role of the communications and information technology industry in ensuring security readiness.
