HITEK Services, a UAE-based smart facilities management (FM) solutions company, has entered into an agreement to supply over 40 licences of its computer-aided facility management (CAFM) software solution, CAFMTEK, to Abu Dhabi Motor Sports Management (ADMM), which manages the Yas Marina Circuit, the home of the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. CAFMTEK is a mobile-enabled solution that provides real-time information, streamlining operations such as maintenance, cleaning and security.
The solution connects people, assets and spaces from multiple remote sites using IoT, building management systems (BMS), cloud, machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to centrally manage and monitor facility operations. It reduces manpower costs by up to 17% and utility costs by 30% while enhancing asset lifecycle by digitalising FM service delivery.

The CAFMTEK solution comes with a WhatsApp chatbot that enables technicians across the Yas Marina complex to raise service requests more efficiently, while the CAFMTEK customer mobility app allows users to open new tasks and track the status of their orders. The app also features an online dashboard that provides a quick overview of project performance.
