Exotel, an India-based customer engagement platform, has announced the launch of its cloud services in the UAE, aiming to provide businesses with advanced communication tools to enhance customer engagement.
“UAE is a strategic market for Exotel, as the country has a rapidly growing economy and a large number of businesses. With a local infrastructure setup in place, we will be able to offer our platform to a wider range of businesses, ranging from SMEs to large Enterprises,” said Shivakumar Ganesan, co-founder and CEO, Exotel.
The company has partnered with DU and Etisalat to set up local infrastructure and will provide a range of enterprise customer engagement tools, such as SMS, voice, WhatsApp APIs, Omnichannel contact center, and Conversational AI.

With a full suite of integrated communications offerings, security features, and an intelligence layer to monitor customer sentiment, Exotel aims to address challenges faced by digital businesses, allowing businesses to set up and go live in less than 20 minutes.
Exotel has plans to expand its operations in the UAE and increase its number of digital-native companies to its Emirati client base, such as those involved in e-commerce, proptech, and logistics tech. The company has already launched its services in the country and will onboard UAE customers from February 2023.
