Dubai’s Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has announced the launch of a new platform called “04” that aims to strengthen collaboration between the government and its customers to enhance the quality of government services. The platform will allow customers to provide feedback, suggestions and complaints in just three simple steps via an omnichannel experience.
The Crown Prince said that being proactive is the key to the government of the future and that to become a proactive government, they must actively listen to the people and make informed decisions based on their input. He added that Dubai’s vision for upcoming governments is built upon a strong relationship between the leadership and customers, whom they consider valuable collaborators in shaping, executing and assessing services.

The “04 Platform” is in line with Dubai’s ‘360 Services’ strategy, which focuses on involving customers in the development of government services and providing them with a unified channel to express their views, suggest ideas and report any issues or grievances. The platform aims to narrow the gap between the government and its customers by enabling officials and stakeholders to directly receive and respond to customers’ opinions, suggestions and ideas, as well as any challenges they may face.
