Located at the du store in Hamdan Street, Abu Dhabi, the Service Collection point aims to enhance customer experiences by providing personalized support for mobiles and tablets.

These services include data transfer, collection of devices for repair, mobile diagnosis using the Galaxy Diagnostics tool and software updates. The collaboration between du and Samsung is focused on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction in the telecommunications industry of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Earlier this year, du and Samsung solidified their partnership by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The agreement seeks to expand their existing collaboration and grow the market for Samsung products through the du retail network.
