Cable Television and network firm, Altice, has released a statement on the rebranding of its subsidiary brand, Suddenlink, to Optimum. This move will bring together its telecommunications products and services.
Suddenlink, now Optimum, is a connectivity provider in the U.S. distributes internet, television, and mobile services to individuals and businesses in a bid to “their passions and pursuits so they can go farther.” Their new tagline “Get Closer, Go Farther” is the experience they seek to deliver to their customers, according to Executive Vice President of Customer and Business Services, Mark Grover.
“We are thrilled to launch this new campaign and officially bring our Suddenlink products and services under the Optimum brand, uniting our telecommunications division under one name, one voice, and one promise to customers to deliver the very best internet, TV, and mobile service to them every day.”
In the coming months, the brand will make changes to all elements related to the previous name, and put it under the rebranded name. Optimum, as per its new tagline, will introduce features and accelerations that will boost internet experiences and speeds to keep customers satisfied. Optimum serves more than 5 million residential and business customers in 21 states in the U.S.
