Orange Jordan, led by CEO Philippe Mansour and Roya Media Group, led by CEO Engineer Fares Sayegh, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to offer practical training opportunities to students of Orange Coding Academy. This collaboration includes providing training at Roya Kids & Games Unit and other departments within Roya Media Group.
Practical training at an international technology company is a requirement for students to successfully complete the program at Orange Coding Academy. The one-year agreement specifically caters to the needs of the Coding Academy, which has achieved an impressive 80% employment rate among its graduates. The academy’s program focuses on interactive, advanced programming, as well as personal skills development.

The agreement encompasses practical training opportunities for students, enabling them to gain valuable experience and apply the skills they have acquired. The collaboration extends to data science students, thereby expanding the scope of the coding academy.
In addition to the practical training aspect, Roya Media Group will actively participate in job market studies to identify areas of improvement in the curriculum of the Academy. This collaborative effort aims to enhance youth employment prospects by providing the job market with highly skilled programmers.
