Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), a Dubai government-owned enterprise, has chosen Fortinet Secure SD-WAN to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. ENOC has more than 30 subsidiaries across 400+ locations globally, offering refining, lubricant blending, storage, aviation and retail services. It employs over 9,000 people and serves customers across 60 markets.

To ensure a reliable, fast and secure company-wide access to various IT applications and services, ENOC had been using a managed networking service based on MPLS until 2021. As its critical applications and services moved to the cloud, managing the service became challenging.

To overcome this challenge, ENOC selected the Fortinet Secure SD-WAN solution, which maintains the privacy of the MPLS network while enabling faster, more cost-effective internet and direct cloud access at its remote sites. FortiManager deployment allowed for a single-pane-of-glass view of the infrastructure, simplifying management and reducing the total cost of ownership. FortiAnalyzer provides insights into web traffic, applications, users and threats, which simplifies regulatory compliance.
