New York-based healthcare fintech Nitra has raised $62 million in a mix of equity and debt capital. Investors in the seed round include Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), New Enterprise Associates, Pantera Capital, KB Financial Group, Jerry Yang/AME Cloud Ventures and Will Smith’s Dreamers VC, among others. Lightnet will have the option to increase the $50 million to a total commitment of up to $100 million over the next three years.
