The ministry has called on citizens to activate their digital ID to benefit from all services on the application. Interested citizens can visit Sanad stations spread across the Kingdom or banks that host booths for the app. A list of stations can be accessed at https://sanad.jo/Ar/Pages/SanadStations.

The new services cover various ministries, including the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Local Administration, Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Social Security Corporation, General Intelligence Department, Civil Status and Passports Department and Finance Ministry’s military pension department.

With the launch of these new services, the Jordanian government aims to enhance the country’s digital transformation and make public services more accessible to citizens. By activating their digital IDs, citizens can benefit from these services from the comfort of their homes, without having to physically visit government offices.
