MoMo PSB has appointed Bode Abifarin as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 September 2026. The appointment was announced on the company’s LinkedIn page. Abifarin brings more than 23 years of experience spanning financial services, consulting, digital payments, fintech, strategy and business transformation.
She previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Flutterwave, where she played a key role in scaling the payments company across multiple markets. Before that, she spent 15 years at KPMG Nigeria, rising from Associate to Associate Director and advising organisations across Africa on strategy, transformation, customer experience and growth.
In her new role, Abifarin will lead MoMo PSB as it expands access to innovative, secure and customer-centric digital financial services. The company said she will also focus on deepening financial inclusion and creating greater value for individuals, businesses and communities across Nigeria.

“As MoMo PSB enters its next phase, Bode will lead the business in expanding access to innovative, secure and customer-centric digital financial services, while deepening financial inclusion and creating greater value for individuals, businesses and communities across Nigeria,” the company stated.

Abifarin is also the Founder and CEO of Strata Advisory, a position she has held since April 2024. She previously served as Chairperson of the Lagos Business School Tech-Leap Initiative Advisory Board and held leadership roles with Women in Tech Nigeria, including as an Executive and Board Member.
