A reliable source in the IT sector has revealed that the government is preparing to introduce a unified digital platform aimed at facilitating electronic participation and interaction between government institutions and citizens. The platform’s primary goal is to optimize electronic tools to promote community engagement, particularly in the legislative process, governmental decision-making and the improvement of public services to better cater to citizens’ needs.
The source emphasized that the platform’s objectives also include enhancing transparency, fostering confidence, improving information quality and ensuring accessibility. In line with this initiative, a tender has been issued to initiate the implementation of the project and efforts are currently underway to finalize the tender process and commence the construction of the platform.
